When the deal has been agreed, it's advisable to stop looking elsewhere, even though other agents are going to continue to send through properties for you to browse through. Try and concentrate on the deal in hand, and work on your list and getting ready for one of your most memorable days, when the next transaction is your new home.

When a deal has been agreed and the chain is in place, you can't 'take your foot off the gas'. Because the buyer's might come back with their family or friends, and almost certainly with a surveyor.

It's important to keep the house to the same exacting standard, don't let your buyer regret their decision and look elsewhere? If there was a change in circumstances and your current buyer couldn't complete, you will need to have the house in 'tip top' condition for the next viewer through the door, which could the very same day.
